Lovely place for a short break and amiable and pleasant staff. Vegan breakfast with lots of brilliant foods. The location ideal and fantastic close to the seafront. Based short walk to the local shops and the beach and promenade. Great service, parking on site.

The hotel was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location really close to sea front and the beach, town centre and a bus route into the lovely town of Lytham. The breakfast was vegan, gorgeous with fresh fruit, veggie plus veggies & vegans.

I would definitely book here again, it's a great and incredibly friendly place. Everyone who works in the hotel is helpful and very pleasant. The setting is good and marvellous, not far from nice restaurants, the beach, town centre and a bus route into the lovely town of Lytham and Fairhaven lake.

The room was neat and brand-new and offered shower facilities and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The location was perfect and fantastic, right at St Thomas' Church. It was located in a good area close enough to local shops and services as well as Fairhaven lake.

The staff were all amicable, and the room was neat and en suite with twin beds. The breakfast was gorgeous and vegan for veggies & vegans, the best I had in Lytham St Annes. Have stayed here before, this is a nice hotel, recommend.

we had super breakfast and a nice stay overall. lovely place for one night. for dinner, we went to four seasons restaurant, it was only a short distance to the venue. nothing too much trouble, we appreciated everything about this superior hotel, would be happy to recommend.

The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was good. Location was MARVELLOUS, just a walk down to some of the amazing attractions Lytham St Annes has to offer. We greatly enjoyed a multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities.
